All sales are final. I accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit. I do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Refund and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email me within seven days of receiving the item at email@example.com to alert me of the damage, then return the damaged item to the provided address. Upon receipt of the damaged item, I will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, I will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then I will process your replacement or refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days in the case of a refund.
