Shipping & Return Policy

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 2–5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as 3–4 business days in the US.

Where will my order ship from?

I work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide!

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before contacting me, please help me out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, contact me at jason@shho.co with your order number.

How are your products made?

I work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line at jason@shho.co and please include your order number.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. I accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit. I do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email me within seven days of receiving the item at jason@shho.co to alert me of the damage, then return the damaged item to the address provided.

Upon receipt of the damaged item, I will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, I will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then I will process your replacement or refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days in the case of a refund.
