Worship Forever
Inspired by John P. Kee’s “I Do Worship” and the “Wakanda Forever” wordmark, this design reminds us to forever worship our worthy God.
The song is one of my all-time favorite worship songs, and the lyrics are simple, yet powerful.
I’ve been wanting to do something with it for a while, and when I saw the wordmark for the new Black Panther movie, “Wakanda Forever”, it all just came together.
I was already familiar with the typeface from a previous riff based on the first movie’s wordmark that paid tribute to black parenthood, so it wasn’t that difficult to recreate “Wakanda” as “Worship”.

WeWorship
Inspired by the WeWork wordmark, this design reminds us of 1 Corinthians 10:31 and that we worship while we work.
I walk past a WeWork building every morning, and while listening to Tony Evans, as I routinely do, he stated that “even your work should be an act of worship”. This is just a play on the WeWork wordmark.
So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.

Be Ready
Inspired by a Rev. James Cleveland classic, this design reminds us that we want to be ready when He comes.
I have a whole Rev. James Cleveland playlist that I sometimes listen to on my morning walks. One morning, “Narration” and “I Want To Be Ready When You Come” hit especially hard.
Therefore be alert, since you don’t know what day your Lord is coming. But know this: If the homeowner had known what time the thief was coming, he would have stayed alert and not let his house be broken into. This is why you are also to be ready, because the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.
Matthew 24:42-44I wanted to bring it all together in a simple, bold design with a clever way to state, B(e) (Red) E.
